The Executive Secretary of AARINENA, Dr. Rida Shibli, participated in the activities of the Scientific Day and National Agricultural Exhibition at Mutah University, held under the theme: “Towards Jordanian Food Security in Light of Climate Change and Global Political Conditions” on April 22nd, 2024.
During the Scientific Day, Dr. Rida delivered a presentation titled “The Impact of Climate Change on Agriculture and Food Security,” in which he addressed the issue of climate change and its effects on agricultural production in the Middle East and North Africa region, as well as its impact on Jordan and the measures taken to mitigate its effects.
Several researchers from universities, public, and private sectors participated in the Scientific Day activities.
