preparation of new natural carbonated Beverage from Dates Honey and Assess its Quality Characteristics
The study concern with the production of a natural carbonated beverage from date honey and determination of appropriate quantities of ingredients to produce the best combination of the beverage without need to add sugar or artificial color. This study is the first scientific study in Libya in which date honey is approved as a raw material in the production of a carbonated beverage without additives, so, the idea of this study was granted a patent under Resolution No. (66) Of 2021 No. (5307/2018) issued by the Industrial Research Center / Tajouraa / Libya.
